I had already taken a bite in the photo shared. But this place EXCEEDED my expectations. We had to wait outside, it is a small... area inside. But, the wait was not long at all! We were greeted and sat at a booth, and had a very nice lady bring us icewaters, then asked if we would like any additional drinks. I reviewed the menu and immediately knew I was going to try thefamous ?Hash brown Omelette?. It was incredible to say the least. As a side I ordered the homemade bread. We found this wonderful place on our 1st trip to Holland. It won't be the last! The Windmill had the best biscuits (homemade) &... gravy we've ever had & the fried cinnamon roll is a must! ?Our waitress was friendly & helpful. Definitely worth the wait! Read more

Breakfast (or brunch) diner. Loved, loved, our food and the service was beyond excellent! All the staff were hustling the whole... time and my coffee never went below half a cup. The food: if you like hash browns and omelets (combined into a hash brownomelet), this is your place, the cinnamon rolls (you can get them fried or baked) were amazing with just the right amount oficing (a lot but not too much), and the French toast was so fluffy with a crispy exterior?all soooo good!!
