Excellent wines, great staff and awesome views.
The wine is great this year. We had a 2017 Chardonay and a Reed pinot. We sat in the shade and enjoyed the view. Get a cheese... snack tray too! Read more

Self proclaimed pinot experts, although the ones I sampled were okay. My palette is probably not refined enough. Very... knowledgeable and experienced staff made the wine tasting more enjoyable. Doesn't have the same feel as a local winery sincethey were purchased by another large winery. All the wines I sampled had too many tannins for my taste. Read more

We were so pleased with our afternoon at Calera. Other than the stunning views, the service was personalized and authentically... sincere (we were a bit nervous about bringing our 5 year old but the staff truly made all of us feel so welcome!) Being a hugePinot fan, really enjoyed the trio on the tasting menu which was preceded by a lovely Chenin Blanc, my first in California.Finished with Carneros Merlot by Duckhorn, the parent company.
