Super bummed because they sent the WRONG wedding cake for us on our wedding day. In addition, we ordered special cupcakes for... the kids in our wedding party and they totally forgot them and... when our coordinator called to let them know, they ran someover and they were not what we had ordered, wrong flavors and designs. The reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1 isbecause they still have delicious desserts and all the guests loved the dessert bar. Also, the incorrect cake they gave us wentok with our decor even though it was not the design we had ordered, so that was lucky. All in all, for how good the cake tastes,it is disappointing to spend so much money and have multiple calls to confirm the order sheet design and flavors and then on theactual day if the wedding not get what we were supposed to. Updated review: Customer service was a joke. The woman who gave me a call back was VERY rude. Took no responsibility for their... flawed phone system and made excuses. I didn?t care for that. I just wanted a good cake, no drama. The woman couldn?t tell mewhether or not their sprinkles were hard and stale. She claimed she didn?t know how to answer that and then spoke about how theyorder they are sprinkles in major bundles. Which did not answer my question so we moved on. The replacement cake was just asbad and from their Owasso location. The cake had major consistency problems with the batter and the icing. This time we wentwith a confetti cake with vanilla buttercream. We chose blue for the writing. It was not blue. The picture?s for thisreplacement cake can tell you more. It was unevenly placed, smooshed sides and was lopsided. I?d Save your money and gosomewhere better. Sams club has better cake. Extremely disappointed in quality. We ordered a chocolate cake with buttercreamfrosting. For starters the cake was extremely uneven. The frosting was not buttercream, and if it is this is a very differentversion that taste more like a very sugary icing. Unfortunately the cake was not moist at all. Our guests did not like the cakeas well as the birthday girl (myself). The sprinkles used to decorate the cake ended up being extremely hard and not enjoyable.It ended up being a $45 cake and a complete waste of money. When ordering we gave the correct name, and day of pick up we alsocalled again to confirm the pick up name. When going to pick up the cake they in fact did not write down anybody?s name, couldnot find our cake. Even though we called twice and asked them if they did write it down. Disorganized and unprofessional to saythe least. I did call the store and I should hear something back tomorrow. When I called, the woman taking the message was verypolite. Recently went here for The rehearsal wedding dessert. It was on a platter 1/2 of the items ended up getting broken or melted... together. I don't know if melted together as the right term but it was definitely forged together. My soon to be wife calledthe owner to see what they could do. And said that they could replace the items on the platter. Matter. I immediately went upand got replacement items. It was very nice of them to replace the broken cookies brownies That head melted together and somesort of raspberry bar. Thank you so much the dessert items are very delicious here.I even got to try a piece of their carrotcake that the lady on the counter told me to take with me. It was some of the best carrot cake I have ever had. I woulddefinitely recommend going back here as they fix their mistakes in a timely fashion thank you so much. Read more

Cakes taste amazing but if anything is standing up on the cake it falls before you even get to your house. Had 2 different cakes... and both had some of the decorations breaking before getting home. I had to try to fix so little kids were not upset. Read more
