We came Saturday night because I had been DREAMING of a vanilla cone with rainbow sprinkles. My entire life when I order this, I... get a vanilla cone that has basically been rolled around in sprinkles and is COVERED. Ordered a #10, kids cheeseburger meal and 2 chili-cheese-slaw dogs. I pulled to the window and the guy recalled my order and... said "2 slaw dogs", I corrected him and said they should be chili-cheese-slaw. He kept nodding saying 2 dogs with slaw evenafter I repeated it twice. When they handed me my order I had 2 slaw dogs. A very nice lady came to the window and asked ifthere was an issue and I explained I had ordered 2 chili-cheese-slaw dogs and received slaw dogs. I asked if they could justgive me a cup of chili to put on them but she insisted they would make new ones. Another guy came to the window a minute laterand took the slaw dogs back. Brought two new hot dogs to the window and I drove away thinking there was no way it could be wrongafter that. Got home a few minutes later to find 2 smashed chili-cheese dogs that seemed to have had slaw scraped off. We alsorealized we received no fries for the #10. I gave the second star only because she attempted to make it right but this was atotal failure all the way around. I'll go somewhere else next time. Read more
