I normally go through drive through but today I went inside because drive through was long, I will not be back. They are sooooo... unsanitary and filthy in there. I didn?t even drink my latte. Look no further, this Dunkin is a... scene straight out of the animated movie "Zootopia" starting Jason Bateman. Watch as the the sloth like employees meanderaround the kitchen area of the business while failing to accomplish any customers task within a reasonable and timelymanner. Bring snacks for the kids though as this Dunkin is likely out of the foods/donuts you try to order. Talk about adownward slide, this place was great when it first opened, super clean, staff was fast paced and polite, now it's absolutegarbage. Went inside today and it took 4 minutes for the staff who was three feet away to take my order, they just keptpretending my wife and I weren't there.
