Considering and giving lenience to the fact that the restaurant has to deal with Hollywood boulevard and highland which is like... a mecca for weirdos, the store is getting very clean the services on point and quick in the food hasn't been too terrible. He'sprobably going to be your best bet if you want quick food while you're at experiencing high with boulevard with your family. Read more
This location was a big run down and dirty. Lots of homeless people sitting at the tables inside. Placing an order was fine, but... trying to pick up the food when your number is called was a pain. Lots of people standing right on top of eachother waiting, soeven when your number is called, you have to get through all the people standing there, then when you finally make it to thecounter, there are just piles of food bags sitting there and you have no idea which one is yours until someone comes back fromfilling up drinks to help. We stopped in here on a visit to Hollywood Blvd to get some ice cream. The bathrooms were very dirty, with fluids all over the... floors and around the toilets. The bathroom line was also very long, as we saw many people come in just to use it and notactually order anything. There was also a man who appeared to possibly be on drugs, walking around asking people to buy him ashake. It was Hollywood Blvd so none of this was real shocking. But it was definitely a nice break from the heat and I will saythe service was quick and staff were polite despite the large number of people in there. Read more

Terrible service. Ordered through the app and when I arrived and presented my order code, the woman behind the counter told me... that the order never came through and that I had to order it again. I tried explaining to her that I had already paid and evenshowed both the app and the Google pay receipt that showed I had paid and the money had already come out of my account. She wasstubborn and rude and would not listen and told me to stand to the side and just order again. While I was reordering shesuddenly finds my initial order and then made zero effort to apologize for her mistake or even acknowledge that she was makingme pay twice for one order. Train your staff to go get their manager when they don't understand something rather than assumethey are right and force the customer to pay twice. Absolutely terrible service! Read more
