Dunkin' donuts is always my favorite place for coffee, breakfast, and lunch. Sometimes the drive-thru line is very long. Not... enough parking sometimes. Fast and friendly service. Great food. Great coffees and different types of drinks and Ice creams .Clean inside, plenty of seating, and clean restrooms. Wheelchair handicap accessible parking and entrance. The dine in cash register to place your order has a major blind spot. When you walk in and stand in line the attendees can not... see you unless they are standing at the register. Has to be one of the worse dunkins I've visited. Read more
Fast and friendly place for a quick pick-me-up! I decided on two jelly donuts. One for now and the other to share or eat for... later. They were out of the popular pumpkin cold brew at noon so I opted for an iced coffee which was suggested by the crew. The best time to get a fresh donut is before 4pm. Worst Dunkin I?ve been to. Zero customer service. We walked over here in the sun about a half hour walk to get coffee for a... family of 5. They had a sign on the inside drive through only so we proceeded to wait in the sun without a car in the drivethrough and nobody answered when it was our turn. We walked to the front window and we were turned away because we didn?t have acar but the gentleman said he could take the order if we came inside so at this point we did. The manager Amber came to thefront and was rude, rolling her eyes and said she then couldn?t take our order because it?s drive thru only. After repeatingmentioning we don?t have a car and will gladly wait in the drive thru line she finally gave in begrudgingly. Still nobody cameto the voice box so we went up to the window where we had to repeat our order several times and then the gentleman poked fun atthe fact that we walked a long distance in the sun and still had us come into the Dunkin to receive our order which theycould?ve all done in the first place. I needed a cup of coffee & a Boston Cream donut, so I went into the drive thru - I waited, I waited, I said hello - nothing, I... drove around to the window & someone who seemed highly irritated that I was even there asked me what I wanted - I ordered an XLcoffee & my donut - her response was ?we don?t have any donuts? it was 5pm, so I asked ?is that because you?re closing now?? Shesaid ?yes? but when I checked their hours, they were open until 8pm - imagine running a Dunkin Donuts without donuts?
