Hollywood FL location. The clerk did not understand my order this morning and took points from my account. I thought I was... pretty clear about what I wanted to get. I find that during the week I never have any issues with my orders. Everyone speaksEnglish well, I always get a warm greeting by my first name and my orders are perfect. I stopped by on my way to dropping my daughter off to school. I wasn't acknowledge nor greeted yet an older gentleman walked in... and was immediately greeted with a good morning. When it was our turn, we were simply asked what are you ordering this morning.We weren't asked for a name for our order yet the customer after us was greeted with a good morning and asked for a name. Wewait 14 minutes for 2 bagels and we were the second person there. I usually go to the Einstein on Pines however decided to go tothis location beecause it was on my way to dropping my daughter off to school in Hollywood. Seems like the Hispanic cashier onlygave good customer service to non-black customers. It left a distasteful experience in my mind. Read more
