Have to thank Tasha for not only being professional, informative, but so very very patient. Trying to load up two cards first... time and then four cards on our fourth visit.... Combining the total of all tickets on one card and having two toddlers and ateenager pick things out. There was a problem with one of the games and she tended to it quickly. Kids want everything.. she wasso patient while they picked out what they could get. I lost two cards and she was trying to help find them or see what lastmachines I was on to try and look them up.Thank God I had accidentally misplaced them in a pocket of a purse I normally don'tuse. But she was very very attentive to help us with the situation. Being there was 2000 tickets accumulated. Very stressful forus but she handled it stress-free. So many other things going on and she gives you her undivided attention. She's like that witheveryone. You can tell that she enjoys what she does.. to be helpful to all... is not easy. Thank you so much Tasha for what youdo not only for me and my grandkids.. but in general. You're also very friendly when dealing with us. You make us want to comeback. God bless you.
