Poor customer service. I’ve been to this place a few times and service has always been so-so at best. The kick in the pants... for me was when I came in with a certificate from restaurant.com. They gave me this song and dance as to why I couldn’t usethe certificate. With some persistence, they advised me to call the certificate redemption center. I did so and got approvalfor certificate redemption. Then they told me they were unable to contact restaurant.com to verify. Terrible. We've been going to this restaurant for years and it's simply good, food is fresh, service is outstanding, and they have a ton... of deals from 4-7 if you are on a budget. Now that they have tables outside, it's a great place to sit while you enjoy freshfood and fresh air.
