For delivery, I ordered a buffalo chicken panini and lobster bisque soup. I didn't get my panini. They sent a random club... sandwich that isn't even on their menu with lettuce and tomato. The soup came but it is the most watery thin runny bland bisqueI have ever had. You'd think for almost $20 for a soup and a sandwich it wouldn't be this problematic but here we are. I entered with my friends and was immediately greeted with dirty looks from the staff, we then proceeded to ask where the... restroom was and were told that we could not use it unless we bought something which we were so it was not an issue, howeverwhen the staff found out that only two out of four people were purchasing something the other two people were not allowed to usethe bathroom. Then we asked for plastic utensils and were told we don?t need them for the items we purchased and we were notallowed to make a transaction without leaving a tip. The staff was rude and created a very unwelcoming and uncomfortableexperience I will never be returning and I will make sure to let friends and family know to stay away from this location! Read more
