I hired Crave for an event and all afternoon our staff was commenting on how great the food and the service was! I stop by Crave often and always enjoy their food, specifically their vegan options. Yesterday 6/28 was the first time I had... issues there. I ordered the queso tacos and they always come with 3 tacos. But yesterday when I got home which is 25 minutesaway I noticed only 1 taco was there. I called and explained the situation and the women who picked up didn't takeaccountability and just said its because its taco Tuesday. I paid the same price I always do for the queso tacos so 1 taco for$10 didn't make sense. She then said I could come back for the 2 additional tacos which I did. When I got there I waited anadditional 30 minutes for 2 tacos that should've been given in the first place. No sense of urgency at all. I missed animportant work meeting and 50 mins of travel time. I ordered the yellow rice with gandules, pork and fried green bananas. I was a little shocked by the portion of food relative to... the cost. It wasn?t the worst I have tasted but it was far from the best. I personally would have trouble charging more than9.99 for a combo with this size portion of food. The fried green bananas tasted as if they were either cooked in old oil orthey were fried hours earlier then refried for my order. My order also included a side order of yellow. Which was handed to meafter I question if the tiny bag of food she handed was all I was getting. Then the order realized that she had forgotten myside order of rice. She quickly ran inside and came back with the rice order. The side order of rice was so small that Iimmediately thought of the small cups of jello we use to eat during lunch at my elementary school. Got 2 crave meals pork and chicken chips and street corn, 32 bucks for 4 tacos and a small bag of chips and a small thing of... street corn. Crave meals were suppose to come with rice and didnt, definitely not worth the money. Foods good but not the amountgiven and for the price, very unsatisfied: update, grubhubs menu is different and charges different than the actual restaurantsmenu. Just called the restaurant and dude felt for me gonna try to refund me, grubhub menu overcharges and lies about what themeal comes with for future reference for anyone, grubhub and doordash are scams.
