I placed order for sofritas one large foil tray on Friday and the guy who took my order asked for how many people and I said 25.... But I Told him I still want one full tray because there might be more people eating it. And said he will give it in therecontainer so two containers that is size of half trays. I agreed that it will be enough for one full tray. I asked for theprice and he clearly said $35 each tray so total $70. I even offered to pay at that time and he said no his manager said to paywhen I come to pickup next day. Today when I went there they were only giving me one small tray and charging me $82.50 for oneof that and I mentioned that?s not what I was told yesterday and the manager said that there employ misunderstood me and I toldthem it?s for 25 people. And I kept telling them that I had told him that doesn?t matter how many people I need one full tray.But they kept telling me that?s not how it works. Well there employ Misunderstood so they should?ve honored the price but theykept arguing and telling me that I?m not trying or doesn?t want to understand what they?re saying. i highly suggest avoiding online ordering/delivery at all costs. this location always skimps out on ingredients - sometimes not... even adding the ingredients at all. i've complained to corporate about my most recent order and was able to receive a refund (inthe amount of half of what i paid) since i received only half of the food i ordered. unfortunately, the small amount of food wedid receive was barely considered "edible".
