This location has really gone downhill in service provided. The coffee is great and I love the atmosphere but the staff needs... leadership, guidance, and training. I've waited 15 mins for a cup of brewed coffee. Nothing special...just their regular brew. Read more

You want inept service, basic overpriced coffee and inedible food? Ding!! Ding!! Ding!! Ding!! Welcome to O'Henry's!! I know,... it's the hangout for college kids and fit joggers, but a place in the south that has grits on the menu and serves them to mecold and watery in a plastic cup cannot be serious. In my mind I picture a young entrepreneur who started the company in 1993,then poured blood sweat and tears into building eight locations. Now he or she is on cruise control, handing day-to-dayoperations off to people who don't know the food service industry from a deck of Uno cards. Lesson learned. Read more
