Pizza Hut at 18042 S Halsted St, Homewood, IL 60430 Ordered ahead and sat outside door for almost a hour waiting Saturday Night... 09/03/2022 from 6:59pm till 7:55pm. Arrived at 6:59pm and started calling they would not answer th phone inside store. Watchedand got on dash cam as was directly infront of store for pickup. 12 people walk in order food and leave. Had to call directPizza hut line 3x and have them call store all 3 times. 2x was placed on hold for 10-15 at a time with no one picking phone backup. Could see Employee a male and female laughing and having goog time in store. Just not answering phone calls. If i was notDISABLED AND COULD WALK I WOULD HAVE GONE IN AND PIICKED UP OREDER. HARD TO DO WHEN YOU HAVE LEG BRACES ON!!! When i finally didspeak to someone inside store at 7:40pm. The girl said he funna bring your food out now. 15min later once again had to try tocall store. This time the boy answered tryed to put m on hold till i yelled im out front past almost hour waiting for my food. 5min later finally got food. COLD AND UNEXCEPTABLE!!!! Terrible customer service. Placed a order here last night at the homewood location online. Lisa charged me for my food and... delivery. Then called me 35 minutes later talkn bout they not doing no more deliveries she done with Doordash for the night. Butmind you the tracker said my food was on the way. Then she said she was new..then she claimed to be the manager when I said giveme the number to corporate...she had me on hold 10 more minutes to say she didnt know it. I will never place a order here in thefuture. Very terrible method of service. Lost a good customer because your employee Lisa had a problem doing her job. TERRIBLESERVICE. 1 star is for nothing.
