Delicious food, truly delicious, but the customer service is pretty bad. The wait is long almost every time even in the non-rush... hours and the communication between cashier and kitchen staff is pretty much nonexistent. When you order you risk them not evenpassing your order back or passing it back, it?s completed, but nobody is up front to give it to you so your ticket just sitsthere with your food. If you have time to wait, it?s definitely worth it, but don?t rely on it if you are trying to be in andout of the NEX. Read more
