They have various soba! Service was fast even though it was crowded and closer to closing time. Tempura was really good! Soba... noodles are so chewy and light. Dashi was so flavorful. Only part I was a bit disappointed was that mackerel to be less driedand dashi to be less sweet. Try their cheesecake! Read more

Super authentic and delicious meal. Soba was out of this world. The quality of the sashimi as well. The servers are super... friendly and nice. But I had to take one star off because food took 30+ minutes to arrive after ordering. Since this restaurantdoes not serve alcohol (byob for a fee only), we were sitting there bored waiting. Buckwheat flour from Shinshu, bonito from Kyoto and Nori from Osaka. I-Naba then creates delicious soba noodleswith Hawaii?s natural water and salt, for maximum flavor.
