Excellent shave ice. Great flavors and the ice is soft and fluffy. Depending on the time of day the line and wait could be... quite long. You place the order on a tablet at the food stand. I prefer this to Matsumoto's and it is right there on Waikiki. Read more
We visited Hawaii and tried this place because the review was quite high. I have to say that this is also one of our best shave... ice place we have been too. It's so good and a bit different from a lot of places we have tried. No wonder it earns itself sucha high rating. But one thing I have to say negative about this is the portion size is quite small. We didn't assume it will bethat small compare to the image on their menu. They have use a different plating when we purchase it. But I still recommend thisfor anyone who is visiting to Hawaii. It?s a must for anyone going to Oahu. I have tried almost all the flavors they provide. All of them were so good. Definitely... recommend. The queue will always be long, but it?s worth the wait! Just take the serving to sit and enjoy amidst the littorches, very close the shop. They use fresh fruit to make the syrup and that should be reason why it tastes so good. This place was awesome. The lines are sometimes long but the shaved ice is great and so is the service. We actually visited... twice. One side note, they don?t take your order, you simply key it in when you get to the front of the line and wait for yourname to be called. It really efficient?.
