The most incredibly lacking customer service ever experienced in Hawaii. Walk in at 5:50pm, look at the menu and get in line.... The group in front is taking their time with their order. Half of their group orders. It turns 6 and Nalu refuses to take therest of the group's order and refuse to serve us. They say they close at 6. I say it would have been nice if they had saidsomething while we were waiting in line. Their response is "our sign says that we are open 9-6, it's not my responsibility tomake sure you know that. Yummy chai latte and avocado toast! Service was quick. There are two tables in their establishment to sit at. Also places around... the complex to enjoy the meal as well. Only bummer is they stopped serving breakfast or egg items after 11:00. I ordered at11:03 and missed it. Read more
