Absolutely impeccable service by Daniel. Give that man a raise! Wonderful suggestions, attentive and incredibly nice. The food... was great as well. Great job chefs! We had several drinks as well as Duck and Ahi for entrees. The dip was very good, sashimiswere fresh, I can't remember what else we ordered. Two people who ate like a cow ended up spending over $200 for a birthdaycelebration lol. Oh don't forget the stellar views! Very underrated place in Waikiki. Read more
Beautiful views. Other then that, the whole experience was underwhelming. Service was alright, they forgot my dads drink, but... the server was sweet and offered it on the house which we declined. The smoked kampachi dip was actually really good, but thetiger roll seemed to not have any crab. I had the grilled shutome, and the presentation was very nice but the fish was dry andlukewarm. I had high hopes for this since it's in a luxury hotel. They forgot my order and gave us the wrong dessert. Food didn't take... long which was good because we were limited on time. Food wasn't the quality I expected. I got the duck and it was literally twopieces and my hubby got steak. Staff was nice in taking my hubby's food back and give us fresh hot food at the same time becausehe had it sitting there for 30 minutes before they realized their mistake. Read more
