Visited the Chipotle in Hoover Alabama. Absolutely the worse operated store. Minimal staffing that spent more time cutting up... and talking instead of working. We have been waiting over 45 minutes for our meal. Store has 5 others waiting. No managementon-site and on-line customer support is a joke. Eat somewhere else. Read more
Computer was down in restaurant so could only take online orders. Ordered online and waited in the car until pick up time. Had... to wait 20 extra minutes once in the restaurant. They were only running the to go bar and not the dine in bar (had workers forboth)...... said they couldn't cancel/refund the order since the computer was down. Did not have names on large to go order. Rice was clumped together and hard in spots. Avacados were brown spotted (old). They... dumped wayyyyy to much hot salsa when people picked that option. This place just down right sucks. I would only serve this foodto Waste Management? when they pick up my trash on Monday mornings. Never again. Read more

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Zero stars would be better. We used to frequent this chipotle but never again. Terrible experience lately.... The staff is extremely rude to customers. No smiling, nothing. Yelling out ?online only? to everyone who walks in the door.Sloooooow at completing orders. Literally my burrito bowl sat in between the hot foods area done by one staff members and thecold foods area waiting for the other staff member for 10 minutes! I could have gone back there and done it myself. Ran out ofcheese at 630 and couldn?t make any quesadillas. I sat there for over thirty minutes after telling them multiple times who I waspicking up orders for. They just had a stack of receipts and would throw them out randomly.
