I went to this location at 9:30 a.m. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, so I parked to go in. The lobby door... was locked. I called, to see if they were open, and the employee just said, we're here and the lobby's closed. Why would youclose the lobby at that time of the morning and not even post a sign on the door? I've been here a handful of times before with no issues. Today I went to the drive-thru. When my turn came up I was asked for my... order, which I provided. Nothing complicated - two double cheeseburgers. About 20 seconds later, I was asked again, and again Ianswered. Another 15 or 20 seconds, I was asked a third time... "Sorry, what was your order again?" I repeated it. Slowly,loudly, and very clearly. I have a plain midwestern accent. I have no speech impediments. I'd watched the two cars ahead of meorder without any apparent difficulty. Another 15 seconds go by, and the same voice asks again "What is your order?" At thatpoint I gave up and drove away. If you can't get it in three tries, there's no reason to believe you'd get it on the fourth.I'll go somewhere that knows how to pay attention. Read more
