This WAS our favorite frozen yogurt shop. Unfortunately the new owners are ONLY concerned with making a buck. When we phone... ahead to order a prepack, the prepacks are never made when we arrive. When we try to make our own prepacks, employees or ownersactually argue about how many ounces are in the prepack instead of selling it at the prepack price. The machines are not wipedregularly to reduce mess and stickiness. Employees/ owners are rude. This place has gone downhill tremendously. We werepurchasing 2-4 prepacks weekly. We have chosen to drive and extra 15 minutes to Top it Off in Helena in the future where we aretreated as customers should be treated. This Yogurt Mt deserves 1 star. I gave it 2 for the flavors. They have lost 2 of theirbest customers and will never get another dime of our money. If customers treat these owners and employees the way they treattheir customers, they will be out of business soon enough! Such a shame! The owner?s response to my initial post made myhusband laugh out loud in disgust. It was the 2nd time recently that someone tried to weigh his prepack. And I refused to enterthis Yogurt My about 2 months ago after I asked if I could fill a prepack I was purchasing since it wasn?t anywhere close tofull. Read more
Yogurt Mountain is a great place to bring the family for a sweet treat! They have a wide variety of flavors and toppings you... wouldn?t find elsewhere. The staff is friendly, helpful and keep up the cleanliness of the facility. Not only will kids loveit here, adults would too! Read more
Not one to leave reviews since this is my first one, but there?s no words to describe how awful and run down this place really... is. Staff was okay. Asked for a manager but was told there wasn?t one but the owner was out of the country? Didn?t make anysense to me. I feel terrible for the employees who have to deal with this. The place was absolutely disgusting since the lasttime I went in with my family. Everything was dirty, ice cream all over the floor, all machines were blinking red, topping barwas disgusting with ice cream dried up on the spoons and containers. Fruits were smushed. Flys EVERYWHERE. I couldn?t eat my icecream without them swarming me. The outside was even nasty. It was nauseating to look at. I definitely will not be returning. Read more

Maybe on a different day or someone on another shift would have made the experience better. Temperature isn't regulated on... yogurt, our was runny and very limited flavors. The young gentleman checked us out with no word and sat on the cpuntertop withhis phone out the entire time we ate and another female associate constantly on her cell phone around the dining area.
