Worst Rpped Berry smoothie ever ... tasted like milk and cream
I love Booster Juice and greatly appreciate having one in Hope. Unfortunately my last few visits have been off putting, to say... the least. During my last visit I went in to order a couple smoothies and upon entering the store I immediately noticed dustparticles floating around in the air everywhere. The Manager was sweeping the floors in the front lobby, almost flicking thedebris as she swept around 2 customers. I could normally look past this but it was when she proceeded to sweep the dirt into thedirty dust pan and then without hesitation went on to take my order at the til (handling cash) and then went on to makingsmoothies, all without ever once washing her hands. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the Manager to wash her handsafter cleaning and before handling food products. I will no longer go to Booster Juice when I see her working as this is not thefirst time I have witnessed unhygienic practices from her. The other staff have been amazing with health and safety standardsand the service they provide. It's unfortunate that this Manager doesn't hold health and safety standards as an important partof this business. Read more
The lady at the front was so rude. I requested that my toddler had to use the washroom and she said you?ll have to purchase... something otherwise we can?t allow! I really requested and even said that?s not good customer service and she ignored and didn?teven respond. I?m not sure what to say. I ordered three smoothies but one of them was the consistency of water and when I went back to ask for a new one, the girl... instantly got defensive and told me that's the way it was supposed to be. I mentioned to the girl that I've had this particularflavor before and it's not supposed to be thin like water she said fine, she would make me a new one but not before I got an eyeroll.
