Quality has decreased noticeably with new ownership. They have cut the menu and don't even have all of the items on the... shortened menu. Seems to be understaffed & the staff they do have is inexperienced and flustered. Sub Hut has been a localfavorite for years and I hope the new ownership is able to get it together before the reputation is ruined. Read more
The food smelled good but once I got home my partner realized he didn't have cheese on his Philly. He called the place back and... spoke to the manager to tell her the issue. Within a minute of telling her the issue she hung up on him. He didn't even get thechance to ask for it to be remade. It was crazy! We hadn't eaten there in probably 5 years and won't be going back.This personshould not be managing anything. Never experienced this level of poor customer service. There's too many other sub shops thatwould like our money and taste a lot better. Read more
Subhut selling bread subs they won?t save another dollar on me
Got an ?Italian? sub and was supposed to be toasted and clearly was not. There was 5 pounds of oil on it, lettuce that looked... like a week plus old and the flavors of the sub sucked. I will not recommend this place what so ever and doubt I?ll ever eatthere again. Read more
