Tried Waves Sandwich Shop for the first time tonight after seeing many friends post about it. I wanted to give it 4 1/2 stars... but not an option. I got the cheesesteak and fries and a drink. It was a bit pricey ($20) compared to other places, but it wasvery good! The sub was huge filled with lots of steak? I now have lunch tomorrow- so possibly get 2 meals for the price. Frieswere good. Pickles were yummy! The atmosphere was welcoming and fun. The two employees that I interacted were very friendly. Myonly complaint was that there was a bit of grizzle throughout the sandwich- but I guess that just goes to show that the steakused was real and fresh. I will definitely be back. Best cheesesteak I\'ve had in a long time! Fries and pickles were good as well! Definitely worth a trip. They only had one... waitress and she was rocking it out. I also appreciate that they had sugar free drinks. If you can\'t get a seat, get it to go. Read more

Waves sandwiches are definitely making waves!!! These sandwiches are delicious; they are packed with meat and the bread is soft... and fresh! I am not usually a fan of macaroni salad, but theirs is made with just the right macaroni and mayo with a touch ofdill. The service and atmosphere is also on point. We were greeted upon entry. And our Order was taken within the first tenminutes, even though they had a packed house. We loved the ocean painted walls and the wave flags. There was a seating areathat was spacious warm and inviting; it looked perfect for having a working lunch. We highly recommend this place and aredefinitely going to be coming back!
