Pretty pricey place and food/smoothies/service are mediocre. I?m happy to have a place like this in town however EVERY SINGLE... TIME I?ve called to place an order, I?m told 10-15 minutes and the order is never ready, sometimes not even started. I recentlyordered one of their meals, waited 15 min to pick up, only to get there and be told they had no more of an ingredient used inthe meal; therefore food wasn?t ready and hadn?t been started. They should take customer?s number when placing an order so theycan contact them regarding any issues. Had to choose a different meal once there. I may be biased but I discovered Fresh the first year they opened. I enjoy their quality of food and the variety of healthy... options that you can get in place of the pizza and Chinese food that would be in the same plaza for the same price?Oh, and theyserve to-go cupcakes in little cups, that?s pretty rad ???? Every single time I have placed an online order, it has been... catastrophically messed up (cancelled because they are closing early, missing items, menu completely inaccurate, etc.). Everyinstance has resulted in requiring a significant refund, which takes multiple weeks of persistently calling them until somebodyis around who can actually do something. Not worth the trouble.
