Wow Wow Wow. Okay first of all, my mother is objectively an amazing cook, so I have a high standard for this type of cuisine. ... This unassuming spot is tucked in to the Zion Market, but the rich aromas of the kitchen fill the place as soon as you walk in.The chicken was fall off the bone tender and cooked just right, and the rice was perfect. I haven?t had an alcapurria in a LONGtime and was not disappointed. Topped it all off with a nice cold Coco Rico and my week was made. Everyone is so friendly andchill! What an awesome almost transcendental experience it was to eat this food. I'm not even joking. You know that scene in... Ratatouille where the critic was transported to his childhood with a taste of the food. Yeah, something like that.
