Food was good. Only complaint was I ordered a half rack of ribs waitress brought out a whole rack and when I told them that I... only ordered a half. They said sorry did not offer to take the order back to correct the order. I would have asked for a priceadjustment or manager, but I was there for a meeting and was side tracked. Read more
This was my first time eating at any O'Charley's restaurant and I loved it. Every employee I encountered was friendly. The food... was hot and delicious. I don't have anything bad to say. 10/10, I would highly recommend. Read more
Waitress was amazing but she was all over the place, not sure if short staffed or what. Food was very bland, fries soggy, drinks... just ok, bread was near flavorless. If you are into these kind of restaurants then I recommend you to go to a Logans or TexasRoadhouse instead. Read more
We had heard that O Charlie's was really good, so much better than several places that we already like, so we were excited to... try it, having never frequented them before. The restaurant was clean, with nicely wide aisles to accommodate our wheelchairs.Our server was training a young man, and both could not have been more attentive. The parking was roomy, but a little short ofof handicapped parking. Now to our food. The honey drizzled chicken had been recommended and I tried it. Delicious! The hotrolls were pillowy soft and yeasty. The positive review must stop there, however. My husband ordered bbq tenders and shrimp,with campfire potatoes and cole slaw. The sauces on his meat entrees were so spicy that he could not eat them. And this is a manthat loves his spices! Both orders of campfire potatoes were cold, burnt on the bottom, congealed and not cooked through,remaining hard. My corn on the cob must have been sitting for a while. The kernels were shriveled & pulling apart, and was nothot. My order of asparagus was tiny & over grilled. What should have been tender heads were charred and stiff. We also thoughtthat the price for value was not good, and on the whole we probably will not be returning. We are very disappointed. Read more
