I'm currently here at this location and for the life of me I don't understand why I can't get hot fries with my order as I had... to wait for my chicken sandwich. You don't cook a chicken sandwich for 5minuted to be fresh and have the fries already in thebag as it cook. What do you think is happening to the fries? They're getting colder and colder. I sat at the speaker for 26 minutes on two occasions saying hello and then telling me to hold please all while 6 cars behind me... left. They finally come to the speaker to take my order to say they only have spicy tenders to sale! Last night I ordered in the app, I get there to pick up my meal and have to wait in that line for an hour and a half pull up to... the window where they inform me that they only have 4 pieces of classic chicken, I ordered a 10 piece classic with red beans andrice, mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac n cheese. So, I asked them to drop another bird so that I could have my meal, theyrefused, so I ended up getting the spicy, I get home only to discover that not only did I not get the chicken I ordered in theapp, but my sides were all wrong, the only thing they gave me was Cajun rice . The service at this Popeyes is so bad, I'm upset that I have to give e at least one star. I get to the door and there are signs... that say dining room open, but all the doors are locked. So I get in the drive-thru line and wait for over 20 minutes. I was notacknowledged for another 4 minutes when I finally got to the speaker. After saying hello 3 times they ask me to hold for another3 minutes. Then they tell me they are only accepting cash. Fortunately I placed my order online. I asked if they could put gravyon my Cajun rice. They said they would put it in a side cup. Another 5 minutes go by. At the window they say they would have tocharge me $2.99 for a cup of gravy. I skip the gravy and leave. When I get home I find out they did not give me all of thechicken I paid for. Also they did not give me a receipt. I guess they did not want me to report them to corporate. I will NOTand I advise others NOT to ever go to this Popeyes again. You will be very disappointed. Read more
