Mediocre at best. Overpriced McDouble long line. Person comes out takes my card....no card readers? Whataburger how cheap and... ghetto!!! Five mins later she comes out still no card. I proceed to ask were my debit card is and she states oh I'll bring itout when I come back. She comes back with debit card and food. NO DRINKS??? Ooops I forgot she says. The worse service ever drive through cashier was on his phone while we waited to pull up. I'm just saying if you as a manager can't smile at a customer maybe you should consider a new job. There's people hiring... everywhere, if you can't be customer service oriented, maybe you shouldnt work in a place that requires you to be face to facewith people. Just getting the job done shouldn't be all you're worried about especially in your position you HAVE TO be able todeliver good customer service. Read more
Saturday August 27, 2022 I left the Horn Lake location (Goodman Rd) around 1:30 pm. The person taking orders in drive thur... need customer service training. She was very rude. That?s why I don?t spend my money at these fast food restaurants. I only wentthis time to get someone else a meal. You all need to get in contact with Chick-fil-A.
