Always a fun atmosphere with super fast service. Decent for a chain, love the lunch menu and blackberry tea.
We went here for my daughter's birthday . The waitress acted like we didn't exist . I sat for over twenty minutes without a... refill . She would literally walk right by us and not even look . This was on a Wednesday night . They weren't even busy . Nowas soon as we got there we asked for them to sing happy birthday . She never did never checked if we wanted desert. She shortchanged me on my payment . At most chilis I've Ben to the manager always goes around and checks on everyone that never happened. I do not recommend this restaurant. Read more
Ate there last night, the food was good but the service was TERRIBLE! Instead of menus they tried to have us look up menu by our... phones. We didn't have our phones with us...Took a long time to get our drinks, we never did get our appetizer we ordered.Waiter never refilled our drinks. When waiter came to give us the check, I pointed out the bill needs to be revised because wedid not receive our appetizer. He never said sorry, oops or anything.
