Management is horrible, I called to inform of a mistake in my order and they already knew there was a mistake when they answered... my call. I was informed that I can't touch the pizza until my replacement got there. Then the manager got on the phone rude asever saying there was nothing else they could do other than send the correct pizza out. IF YOU KNOW THE PIZZA IS WRONG WHY SENDIT OUT??? Now I've got 2kods having to wait to eat their food because we aren't allowed to eat until they send the correct oneout. I use to be a pretty regular customer until now. You would think after as many negative reviews they got they would getbetter management. Apparently that's not important to them though. I've waited an hr for my new pizza when I was told it wasonly going to take 30mins. Call to see where it's at and the very rude manager told me that I never confirmed that I wanted itsent... When I specifically told her I NEED my other pizza so my kids can eat!!! Read more
They never actually put extra cheese on when you order it. I've been at least 20 times because I live close, this location needs... quality checks! This happenes wayyy to often, the stores only solution is "Bring it back". Which is a terrible policy for peoplewho are taking dinner home to their families. Read more
We ordered rwo large pizzas that were dry and over cooked and didn't have the ingredients we requested. The cheesy bread was... lacking cheese and was dry. It also no sauce on the pizzas. Read more
Horrible customer service. Twice last week I ordered online for pick up from this location and twice my order was wrong or given... to the wrong customers. I had pizza, pasta, garlic bites and 2L soda. The online tracker notified me that my order is ready. Idrove through the window to be told that it will be 5 more min. I drove around the store and after 5 min I was just ignored bythe staff members for another 10 minutes. Finally someone came to tell me they are finishing up the order. I asked did you messup my order again. The guy behind the window didn?t really care to answer and walked away. I waited another 10 min to finallywalk into the store and I was told that a driver mistakenly took my order and they needed to restart it all and because theywere so busy I needed to wait 30 minutes over the time their app was saying ready. How do you take 30 min more when you realizethat the original order was mistakenly taken and not prioritize and expedite the new order? Aren?t you all about customerservice? What kind of reputation do you build for the Domino?s brand? And how do you say we will credit your order and in theend you only credit the garlic bites? Garlic bites for your mistake and my inconvenience waiting 30 minutes over the ready topick up time. When you try to talk to the manager there and ask for help? oh boy you get attacked, yelled and disrespected byhim! He is proud to be the store GM and he acts like you owe him something for his store mistakes and incompetent staff. What ajoke right!
