Food is almost always good and it was today. Having said that, we got charged for salsa after I had ordered an omelet. I don't... pay most of the time to get salsa but when the charge extra the waiter always told us of any extra charges as they should. Iasked for other things like sugar and vanilla creamer etc but never got it. When we approached the waitress the manager startsin and begins arguing with the both of us. She called us both evil among other things!! Lol it was ridiculous really. No refillsand the waitress didn't come back to check on things until we were basically done with out meal. We understand it's Thanksgivingand they didn't want to be at work but as a manager she should have been professional. So since the manager chose to arguerather try and resolve the issues, we then said we would fix the problem ourselves by writing this review plus never come back.Good food isn't enough but great customer service will keep guests happy and they will return Read more
Had a great 2nd breakfast with family. I love the French toast from IHOP, it was fluffy and delicious. The coffee was great too... and the service by our server was exceptional. Amethyst had a beautiful attitude and greatly influenced our experience. She washighly attentive and checked back often. We are only here for a short visit but since we have family in town we should be backsoon. Definitely recommend this restaurant. Read more
We came here to kill time and eat. Typically in texas it takes forever to get your food and service. Well not here. Everything... came out great. Great service. Charlotte was excellent. If we ever come back through this way, we will be back. Read more
We had a wonderful visit the servers were pleasant, manager was helping everyone, and the food was to our liking. During these... times it is sometimes hard to obtain certain products so we realize some things unfortunately change for a while and then goback the way they were. We had plenty of dressing all we had to do was ask for more and it wasn't a problem. Food all tastedlike it was supposed to as we ordered. This restaurant has our votes. :) Read more

We had a fantastic visit this morning!!! Thank you and the manager was smiling and visiting tables. We witnessed a unruly guest... about the price of one of their items and they were very rude to the server and manager and I believe the situation was handledappropriately. If you go out to eat these days expect to pay slightly higher prices than last year. We appreciate you and allthat you do. don't let others tear you down because of their pettiness. Read more
