went to order two drinks and the lady on the speaker was extremely rude and kept cutting me off after every word i said. which... was a large diet coke and i tried to order a large strawberry lemonade but she interrupted again to rudely tell me they're onesize only. i got to the window and she still had the same aggressive mannerisms and i watched her fix my drinks. she scoopedthe ice with the cup and i work in fast food too so i know this is an audit violation. very displeased and unsatisfied. a littlepatience goes a long way. Waited 30 min after I ordered on the app that said my food would be ready in 15 min. On top of the wait. they substituted my Mac... and cheese for french fries that were cold, because the Mac and cheese was cooking and it still had a lot of time to go beforeit was ready. No, apology for the wait or the substitution due to lack of product. All they could say was we have been reallybusy.
