I'll start off by saying this is closer to a 3.5 rating. I had lunch here with friends and I decided on the deluxe Mexican... dinner, which includes a taco, tamale, enchilada, beans/rice and chips with queso. For the price it's a good amount of food. As far as taste goes though, I would say it's decent but not great. The taco, tamale and enchilada were all ok. The beans wereaverage but the rice was a bit below average imo. I will say that while just ok, the food was at least prepared differentlythan most of the Mexican grub I've had in this state. What I mean is quite a few of the Mexican places I've been too seem touse the same cookbook and prepare their dishes very similarly. So anything different is good. On a side note, they only offer 1refill on fountain drinks so sip conservatively. Read more
Great little restaurant with a variety of food and flavors. I've been going to Taco Pronto for many years dating all the way... back to when they were down passed Oaklawn Racetrack. We have never had a bad experience with any of the food. The staff isalways friendly and helpful. Just a all around great experience everytime we go. Read more
The Combination Burritos beef and bean with chili and cheese sauce, onions, sour cream, lettuce and jalapeños is the most... delicious and flavorful meal ever so perfectly made if you have never tried this you are missing out?. OMG Read more
