Here is a photo of the food and drinks we never got after being seated and waiting 25 minutes and not being visited by a single... wait person. Please note that this a management problem, not an individual server in issue. The place is packed on a Fridaynight and one waitress actually had a shirt that said "be patient there are only three of us." I'm sure that seems funny, but 20minutes in with zero staff (not even eye contact) and after revisiting the hostess, it lost it's amusement value quickly. Comeon management of the Rockhouse... We only went here because we had coupons given to us from our hotel. Food was okay at best, very greasy. Marinara sauce was... awful. Burger was underdone, only had a few bites. Waitress did a good job though. Read more
Our server, Cayley seemed to be new bit did an excellent job! The food was all delicious!
Good food, great places for taking kids. The waitress was great and attentive. Good was ok nothing to rave about.
