I don't typically leave negative reviews, but this one is a concern for public health. A friend of mine and I purchased a... smoothie and an iced coffee today at Southland Mall. Shortly after purchasing and walking away, my friend found roach in itsentirety floating in her drink. When we brought the drinks back to ask for a refund, the attendant said that he could notprovide us with a refund but could make us another drink. This is simply unacceptable. Read more
I've eaten here before and was thrilled with the service. However, come back a few months ago, the customer service is bad, they... gave me my white mocha cold( I like it hot), the cinnabon was horrible, cold and dry. I asked for no caramel and they added itanyway. I could've been allergic to caramel but they didn't care. I got the impression that the manager was racist cause of thedisgusting look she gave me.
