One of their employees ordered door dash to the store and didn?t tip. How tacky of nija.
Horrible experience! Missing food; no answer after calling multiple times. Extremely disorganized location (West Park - Houma,... Louisiana). And I left a 25% tip (I know it's not entirely the fault of the driver). Third time this happens, so I guess it's myown fault. Will be ordering from Dominos and Papa John's moving forward. Pizza Hut quality and service is definitely not what itused to be! Read more
Placed delivery order. Did not receive order after 2 hours. Went to store and no one would help. All said they were on break.... Finally got manager who refused to complete my order or give a refund, claiming the order was already filled. She became veryrude. Will be reporting location for fraud. Read more
The delivery driver is always soo rude! She doesn?t even ask me my name for the order. She doesn?t say hi or has a friendly... face. Just seems like she hates her job. She also doesn?t walk up to the business, makes me walk by the door. I even asked herif my ranch was inside my pizza and she said ?I don?t know? and walks out in a rush. Today she handed my food to me all smushedup. And gave me a cheese pizza instead of a pepperoni pizza. I do not recommend ordering your food from here. Read more
