This store is always a nightmare cashiers are always outside smoking or dismissive at best. However today takes the cake. I... called twice trying to get someone to answer the phone so I could order a pizza and when I called back for the third time theytook the phone off the hook. Pizza is always thrown together anyway but you just lost our business for good. I guess we will goto pizza hut from now on and avoid Caseys completely. Read more
This Casey's is in an odd location for the gas pumps. Can't use the pumps because they are in a bad location. Inside & Outside... is scattered and the restrooms were dirty. The cashier was nice and checked me out quickly. Read more
Hire someone that can actually handle running the store. This new manager is such a joke. Shes loud and obnoxious. Very... unprofessional and very under educated for the position. If it wasn?t for the last manager putting in a word she wouldn?t havegotten the job. I had to stand and wait for cashiers while she counsels them on various things that could have waited or done inprivate. Gas pumps seem to never all be up and running. Pallets of products have sat out front of the entrance doors for thebest part of days. Can?t keep fountain drinks supplied. Can?t even order the correct straws. For some reason she blames thesupplier. Every Casey?s I?ve stopped at has Casey cups. But ours has Pepsi cups. . She also needs to know the propertboundaries of her store. Hope they pick someone better for the job nex time. And actually look at resumes. Read more
Had an issue with my scratch offs, where when i went to return my winners the tickets were cashed in already! Management was... super helpful and hunted down the issue and paid me the 200 dollars that was owed to me. thanks again for all the help Read more
