While the crust is gluten free it is baked on a pizza pan... used to make regular wheat based pizza crust therefore is cross contaminated. We came here for dinner on a Friday evening. It wasn?t very busy, probably due to the rain. It is right across the street from... the NASA Johnson space center. We spent the day there then came here for dinner following. The service was friendly and fast. Wedid the make your own pizza option and they made it right in front of us. The pizza was delicious.
