Horrible customer service! Its unformatted that I won't EVER be placing an order here again. The lady who answers the phones has... no professional being working there. She's very rude and has doesn't know how to talk to customers. I called to let her know myorder online was accidentally place twice. She's sarcastically say we know then hung up. Literally, I have been ordering from 7 Star for several years and they not only have the best Chinese food, but they never get... anything wrong! Trust me, I add all kinds of things to my meal ask for extra this, that, and the other, and they alwaysremember and get it right. Furthermore, the lady that answers the phone, Wendy, is always so patient with me and so is the restof tge staff. They always prepare everything exactly how I ask and that's a lot of attention to detail on their end, not tomention great customer service. Lastly, the delivery is so prompt that it's unbelievable! ???????????? I ordered from twoplaces tonight, call the other one first with an easy order, then called 7 Star with my order, including changing/ adding items,then called back because I forgot two things, and 7 Star was here with my order before the other place.
