Today I asked for a shaved ice with tropic cream and received with only tropic crème on top and nothing in the middle. I used... to work there and I know that the tropic crème does not only go on top and I asked for pina colada as a second flavor and didnot receive it. I do not recommend this place. Read more
This has quickly become my new favorite SNO stop! And it is all a result of the customer service. The young adults that work... there clearly enjoy their job and most importantly they love making people happy. They always greet us with a smile. This location is so painfully slow. Expect to spend an average of 30-40 minutes waiting in the drive thru. The sodas are 90% ice... so don't expect much of a drink for $4. Staffed by a bunch of teenagers. But at least this time we were actually able to order -a couple of months ago we pulled up to the window and were told that they had no staff so they couldn't serve anyone... whyanswer at the speaker then???
