Twice I have gone to this Baskin Robbins around 945-950 and both times they tell me they are closed. Last night pulled up at 950... in the drive thru and was told they were closed. Few others car behind, were told the same thing. Assuming this location doesnot want to make money. Change your location hours if your employees are going to dictate when they want to close. Ordered an ice cream cake that supposedly feeds 6-8. The size of the cake is a joke! Online it describes having chocolate... cupcakes on top. It's really just tiny chocolates shaped like cupcakes. I asked to exchange for a bigger one and pay thedifference. The cashier said let me ask my manager and went in the back. She came back and said her manager said no returns. Iasked to speak to the manager myself and she said that she wasn't there and that she is rarely ever there because she works 6stores. Very terrible customer service! Read more
