This was a good experience overall. There was a paint and sip going on this particular night. We were greeted by the doorman and... was asked to show ID & to check out purses. We painted for about 2 hours and had drinks. DJ played music and was a cool vibe. Nocomplaints here. The patio vibes were awesome. Read more
My experience here has been complete trash. When I say Belle Station management is ran horribly. I ordered a mimosa tower, when... it finally arrived I was not satisfied with the taste. It tasted like it was sitting for a while. I asked for it to be replacedfor another one due to the taste. After I was advices that I couldn’t per the managers order I asked if I could speak withhim. Colston, the manager, comes out and explains how I can’t not send back a menu item that I am not satisfied with. Andthat I would have to pay for it regardless. We went back and forth about the situation at a respectful volume, then hissolution was to have the police involved. So I asked why he would escalate a customers issue to the police if he’s the managerof the establishment and he walked off to call the police. Beyond unprofessional and privileged. That’s how much was drunkbefore attempting to return it. 1 star is being highly generous. Read more
