What happened to this location? Service and quality has gone down over the years. Walked in to place a to go order. There was no... one in the restaurant, including the staff! After 5 minutes, a female server saw me standing there, made eye contact but quicklylooked away.. she paused, like hesitated whether to help me, but then sat down at a booth and looked at her phone. Five moreminutes, a gentleman walked out of the kitchen to take my order. He was very kind. He was the only good part about thisvisit. But after getting in my car to eat on my way home: no silverware, no napkins. Fries were warm-ish. Wings weren't bad butnot fresh. Dr. Pepper was flat. There was also something on one of my wings. Very disappointed with BWW today. Got 20 bone-in wings and they were way overcooked and hard. They also forgot my two dipping... sauces that were on my order and taped to my to-go bag. Someone in my party got the $15 burger and they said it was just ok.Also the parmesan wing sauce was on overload. Won't be returning. Read more
Don?t tend to go there very often because I already know how bad it?s gotten; they take sooo long on giving me my phoned in... order (15+ minutes after the time they told me), the place needs a good power wash because it honestly kind of smells in there.Anyways staff is doing their job serving people and taking orders but that?s about it.
