Horrible place I seen the other comments and my is similar I went to get me just two simple burgers they ask me to pull up to... wait on my order so I waited almost 20 minutes for my order they still didn?t come out order after order other people weregetting their orders and there?s were bigger than my order so I looped around and told them to give me a refund they were takingextremely long and they weren?t considering my time I understand they had a lot of orders but mines was before them theycould?ve got it out quick to me I gave it one star because the guy did apologize for me waiting so long but I was over it and hegave me back my refund they need to normalize getting people order out on time it?s like they forgot I made an order than all ofa sudden I say something about my order this cook lady says its ready nope I drove off they should?ve had my food ready I willnot be going here ever again and I would advice anyone else not to either the city needs to shut this place down it?s horrible Read more
The worst costumer service, it's supposed to be fast food and I wait 28 min for my order. I really tried to be nice because they... were short staff, but after 20 min waiting I ask the manager to give my money back, she gave me just the cents and said shedoesn't have money at all and somebody went to a store to bring some money, so I ask her if she can give me a refund on my card(I paid with my card) and she said no, so while I was waiting for my money the food finally was ready and I said I take the foodwhen I get to my car I was missing a fries, so I just left without the fries I didn't want to wait 30 more min for a fries. Themanager never apologized for the time I waited, or because she can't give my money back. Read more

I was not having a good day and I had it written all over my... face and the guys who dealt with the drive thru were nice enough to ask if I was okay and let me know it was going to be okay.Sometimes all it takes is a bit of kindness and this place had so much of it. This Burger King is so disgusting, I came here on Sunday about 2 days ago The lady that was at the Window had grey hair not sure... what her name was but i could not believe that she was eating peoples order she ate a cheese stick as shes packing orders fordrive thru ! Good thing i did not order cheese sticks other wise i would have told her something! She kept eating over thebags.. drinking her drink.. i order a whopper with mayo n cheese only and got a cold whopper with evrything in it except what iasked for.. after waiting so long!
