Worst Experience Ever!!! I checked on Google and it said that store is opened so have placed a pickup order and paid it online... as well. When I went to store for pick up , I came to understand they have closed down the store and only Drive Through wereallowed. There was a lady who directed me to Drive Through Window. When I went that side same lady told me that I need to have acar for this type of order and closed the window abruptly without giving any sort of reason.I requested her that I have alreadyplaced my order, paid well in advanced and just came for picking up but she didn?t even bothered to let me know the exact issueand why I am denied my order. Lastly, I didn?t had any other option and came back but this was such a rude behaviour of thestore manager ( Guess she is the one). They are VERY slow. They take their sweet time acknowledging you at the drive thru order stand. When they finally do they're... rude in taking the order and they're ALWAYS out of something. "We"re out of mozzarella sticks....jalapenopoppers....icees....onion rings." All I want to know is which crew member(s) is/are taking the food home and why are y'allstill open?!? Read more
Waited for about 8 min even tho I was the only one there at first when someone finally did come take my order took another 27... min waiting for 2 large fries I would have asked for my money back but by break was over and I was already going to be late.Also the fries were cold how does that even happen?!
