Delicious and affordable burrito bowls and burritos! And yes, it is better than Chipotle, which we used to frequent often before... coming here. We order take out probably once every other week, and the quality and quantity is consistently excellent. We havetried the chicken, fried fish, brisket, and chips + queso. Vibe: Feels like you're on vacation along the coastal beaches ofsouthern California. Very casual and relaxing. Food: The chicken is tender and flavorful. As the fried fish is not asfrequently ordered, it is nearly always freshly fried and crunchy, and always delicious. The chips and queso are very good!Queso is the perfect texture for dipping/scooping and spiced well - complements the burrito or burrito bowl perfectly. The chipsare pretty thick and hold the queso well. I only ordered the brisket once and I was personally not a fan of the flavor andtexture (it's kind of saucy/watery) but I can understand why some people would like it. Our favorite sauce is the chipotle crema- very creamy and smoky. The portion size is very generous. While we typically get burrito bowls, we did try a smoky cheddarburrito once and it was fantastic! You can really note the great quality of the tortilla, nothing beats the texture and flavorof a freshly made tortilla. Service: The employees are very kind and helpful with answering any questions. Best fish tacos I've ever had. Portions are enough for two meals. Prices are reasonable. Service is typical burrito line but... it is fast. The atmosphere is better than typical burrito shop.
