The étouffée is wayyy to spicy! The Gumbo, Red Beans and Rice, and Po?boy are good. The red beans and rice should come with a... disclaimer on them, as I wasn?t expecting bacon in them, I was only expecting Red Beans and Rice. Also 2 different times I?vebeen there their was pieces on hair on my bag and on my container, that?s an immediate turn off for me. A big fly crawled from out of my husband's salad. The cashier(young Asian male) behind counter, could have careless. He took... the tray holding the salad and continued on with his duties. Aside from yelling at someone in the kitchen. So unclean andunprofessional. Businesses are hurtin due to the pandemic. So any type of customer transactions should be highly appreciated.NOW!
